More To Life Refund Policy

for Courses Offered in the US.

Refunds shall be considered approved and eligible for (re)payment in the following situations:

To honor the money back guarantee for the More To Life Weekend.
Refund after withdrawal from course, if the student notifies MTL at least 48 hours before course start. The refund is subject to fees (see Fees below).
Overpayments. Any amounts above the final cost (including scholarships, sponsorships, discounts, etc.) of the course, may be refunded without restrictions. The refund is subject to fees (see Fees below).

Note: Deposits for courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fees

All payments received through credit card transactions are subject to a 3% recoup fee unless the refund request is made within 30 days of the transaction. Therefore, any refund where MTL is unable to refund directly to the credit card used, will be subject to the 3% recoup fee.
In the case of international transactions, MTL may charge reimbursement of international fees against the eligible refund.

Application of funds

If the student chooses to apply any eligible refund, these amounts will not be subjected to fees.
In the case of both eligible refunds or refundable deposits, the student may choose to apply these amounts in the following ways:
- Amount may be applied to other courses
- Amount may be donated to another student
- Amount may be donated directly to MTL
Eligible refunds expire 1 year from the time the original course was held. For example, if the course began June 15, 2016 the ability to apply the eligible refund expires June 15, 2017.

Money back guarantee for the More To Life Weekend

More To Life offers a FULL refund (including deposit) for the More To Life Weekend course. To qualify for a full refund, a student must complete the entire Weekend in full (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and request a refund within 7 days of course completion. Refunds will be made no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Within 7 days, request refund by emailing Refund.US@moretolifeus.org or calling 865-588-5400.
- Provide name, phone number, and where you took the training.

Withdrawal from More To Life Weekend and Focus courses before course start

Refund after withdrawal from course. To qualify for a refund, the student must notify MTL at least 48 hours before course start, and request a refund at that time. He or she is eligible for a refund up to the amount of the deposit. Refunds are subject to fees (see Fees above).
How to request a refund
- No later than 48 hours before training start, withdraw from course by emailing Refund.US@moretolifeus.org or calling 865-588-5400.
- Provide name, phone number, and where you are registered for the training.
- You will be contacted within 7 days.

Advanced (residential) Courses

How to request a refund
